nights in hotels across the country trying to stay on top of the current real estate situation". She then brings that knowledge back to people in places like Peoria, Phoenix. Jenn continued to discuss how important it is to hire a real estate agent that knows what he or she is doing to help to stop foreclosure. "In 2008 I received a ton of referrals from agents that didn't want to do Short Sales because of the exhausting education demand on them to learn how to properly do them, in 2009 although we still received many referrals we saw the number dramatically decrease, a result of agents deciding to take on these sales themselves in an attempt to stay in business which could be dangerous and detrimental to their clients. Choose your agent wisely! The listing agent plays a HUGE role in the Short Sale being successful. The problem is not selling the home, it is facilitating the transaction through the banks that many agents are not knowledgeable about."

Eric is the co-founder of the Jennifer Sanchez Team and a licensed agent and with a background in marketing. He makes sure we get plenty of exposure and our listings are in front of as many buyers and agents as possible. This is a key to any successful short sale in Arizona. Eric is also the listing agent for our REO inventory. He is currently working with Wachovia, Wells Fargo and American Home Mortgage Servicing.

Keri has been a licensed agent & REALTOR since 2003.  Her career began in Kokomo, Indiana where she was consistently recognized as one of the area’s top producing Realtors.  In 2007, Keri moved to Surprise with her family.  Today Keri specializes and processing Short Sales for the Jennifer Sanchez Team.

Heather is a licensed agent and specializes in working with buyers. She received and handles all sign calls from prospective buyers and will facilitate showing your property. Heather is currently one of the top Buyers specialists in the entire West Valley. Her skills provide our clients with important help to stop foreclosure.
