As you know Short Sales have the reputation for being "hard to close" or "VERY time consuming" these rumors are unfortunetely true especially when you don't have a system, experience or staff in place to handle the additional work necessary to close these transactions. We have a very high success rate due to gaining a lot of knowledge by attending courses across the country and by participating in Short Sale specific coaching programs.
